The Delivery Policy

1. All the products on this website (the range of which may occasionally change) are available for delivery almost everywhere. Special conditions also apply — please consult with our sales manager.
2. Certain flower items may be delivered by us in buds to ensure a longer lifespan.
3. In the case we are completely unable to deliver a flower item or any substitute, we will notify you in the shortest time possible and refund your payment in full no later than two days after the expected Delivery Date.
4. The price for a Westeria LTD service is valid for a maximum of five days from the Order Form’s admission date. The prices that change after this period will be indicated in advance, and you will be offered to cancel the order.
5. You will be given clear instructions on how to fill in the Order Form, and you will have to provide your full personal data, including the exact postal code, as well as the data of the intended recipient and all the necessary payment details. By clicking the “Accept” button in the Order Form, you agree to all our terms, offers, and policies present anywhere on the Westeria LTD website.
6. in the form of a written confirmation by e-mail to the address from which you contacted us. This message will re-confirm the ordered item(s), along with the Delivery Date. We will not consider ourselves bound by the contract until we issue this confirmation.
7. We will confirm the details of your order and inform you about the processing of your purchase by sending you an email. You are responsible for providing the details of your order. Please read your confirmation carefully, as we will assume that the specified details are correct and consider ourselves not responsible for possible mistakes not reported to us before the delivery.
8. We discuss logistics issues with all new clients. The cost of a Westeria LTD service initially includes the delivery from the manufacturer to the cargo agent. A further logistics chain depends on the client’s needs. If a client is already collaborating with a particular transport company, we facilitate the timely delivery to the latter. If you do not have such experience, our specialists will offer the best solutions in terms of price, quality, and reliability.
