Cancellation policy

  • Your purchase does not guarantee automatic lot delivery. Your purchase will be confirmed by email within one to two business days. The cancellation policy will take effect after you confirm your purchase. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will give you a full refund at no additional cost. We recommend that each customer read and familiarize themselves with the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a lot delivery insurance policy.

What CAN be returned:

  • Some varieties of flowers may require a minimum order quantity of hundreds or tens. The affected customer will be refunded in full or may choose a similar item as a replacement. If this happens, it will happen on very rare occasions.
  • Please note that a replacement product selected by the purchaser may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may incur additional charges.
  • Any additional reimbursement based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual provider.

What CANNOT be returned:

  • All points of order and delivery are agreed in advance. Money for non-receipt of the goods on the day of delivery will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for any parts of the delivered item not received by the buyer after the item was delivered, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Air freight charges are fully non-refundable and non-exchangeable for shipping when the air freight cost is included in the final price.

Our cancellation policy

The cancellation policies below apply to all purchases and deliveries unless specific rates or fees are specified in the item booked. Please read the Special Notes for your item carefully before booking. Please be aware that Westeria Ltd will always adhere to individual lot rules when applicable.

Cancellation as part of the return policy:

5-7 days before loading the lot on the plane 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
7 or more days prior to loading the lot on the plane 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed cancellation request form.
  • If the item is scheduled to ship within the next 2 days, we will not change the shipping date or offer refunds.
  • All cancellations must be made directly by Westeria Ltd and not by the supplier (plantation or wholesaler).
  • In most cases, purchases paid for by bank transfer, cash deposit or money order / cashier’s check will be returned via bank transfer. For refunds via bank transfer, any applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Free cancellation

Cancel the purchase of the lot 7 days or more before shipment from the plantation warehouse or wholesale supplier, and we will cancel your reservation for the lot free of charge.

How to cancel a lot reservation

We will process your cancellation / refund request within one to seven business days. We DO NOT accept any verbal / telephone inquiries or voicemail. Oral communication with our customer service representatives without completing a request form does not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or confirmed.

  • Cancellation must be done by completing and signing the Westeria Ltd Cancellation Request Form. Please explain why you are requesting cancellation. Please submit the cancellation request form by email.

Amendment Fee:

Any changes made to the order of the lot after the successful submission of the online order and 3 days before the lot is dispatched will be subject to a minimum deposit of €150 (per change). Lot reservation will be confirmed within one to two business days.

The following is an amendment to the order:

  • Changing the date of sending the lot
  • Changing the time or place of receiving the lot.
  • Change of lot
  • Change the name of the recipient of the lot
  • Removal / Replacement of an item of goods in a lot
  • Adding a product item in a lot
  • An amendment fee of €150 is the minimum order change fee. If you are requesting multiple changes and / or requesting last minute adjustments, additional fees may apply (in addition to the €150 amendment fee). The payment of an amendment fee of €150 does not guarantee that the amendment can or will be made.
